Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $8.95
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $15.95
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day - $29.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 (standard shipping only)

Processing Time

All custom invitations require production time before shipping:

  • Standard orders: 7-10 business days
  • Rush orders: 3-5 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Expedited orders: 1-2 business days (additional fee applies)

Processing time begins after order approval and payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses

International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for international shipping rates and delivery times.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at cooperation@thiphroxuivul.world or (919) 900-7466. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Address changes after order confirmation may result in additional fees. Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders well in advance of your event date, especially during wedding season (May-September).
